Welcome to UCLG's 2big4email file transfer system.

This tool allows staff, outside clients, agency personnel, and suppliers to easily share files with each other for UCLG business.  

To use 2big4email: 

1. Upload the file you want to share (maximum size 2GB).
   The 2big4email file transfer system will only accept one file at a time, but multiple files can be sent using a .ZIP file.
2. Once the files have been uploaded, you will receive an automatically generated link to the document(s).
3. The link will allow you and your recipients to come to the 2big4email site and download the file(s) to their computers.
   For security reasons, the link will expire in seven days.  As the sender, you will receive an automatic notice of delivery and a reminder of the expiry date for your file(s).
